More *!#% Moving

On another note, we moved a bunch of our stuff to our new apartment today with the help of some good friends. :) I can't believe I actually had the energy to do it. Tomorrow, we're supposed to finish getting the couches over there, but I still have to go over all my notes from last week's assignments, which were mostly insufficient, and do as much of next week's reading as I can.

I am going to be going non-stop from 7:00am to 1:00am again tomorrow. I did get a super humongous slurpee and 2 ice cream sandwiches from 7-11 today though. That was nice. :)

I think I need serious boosts for my daily performance, I mean, less sleeping time but keep proactive condition for my brain and body health...

I usually sleep about 8 hours...but 8 hours sleeping sometimes makes me hard to wake my brain up in the morning...then I need to take few cups of coffee, also I take some sugar in the afternoon to charge energy into my brain...I feel a bit tired over the weekend because of these addictive cycle...

Do you have any good way to manage your balance between your brain and body? Maybe my mind condition also affects these balance...

I don't really have any great suggestions... :(

Basically, I usually have about 3/4 of a cup of coffee in the morning. I drink it slowly, so it lasts an hour or more. Then, around 2 or 3 o' clock, I have a soda and maybe a candy bar or something. At night, I drink something like mountain dew, until around 11pm, when I start drinking coffee again, but much more. I have to have maybe 2 or 3 cups to keep me up past 2am... Butween 2am and 4am is pretty easy though. After that, I really have to have some severe motivation to keep going.

On the weekends I try to stay off coffee (at least only drink decaf) and drink a good amout of water. I think this is what keeps me going.

Yes, Coffee helps, and concentrating on midnight makes me really clear... ;)

I was working overnight last weekend, then slept for three hours, wakeup and went to work as usual. I noticed that I was very productive on Monday. I have done half of stuff I wanted to finish for a week.

Then Tuesday was totally crap, it was way slower than any other day...my mind became a little noisy. I slept a lot at that night...and I wakeup kind of late.

It was usual Wednesday and I wasn't stressed because I kind of finished most of stuff...well, I just figured out how I could finish those...and start thinking about the plan for the weekend...I wasn't concentrated for some hours.

So tomorrow I have toboost my productivity.... I might have a tons of coffee. ;)
