An interesting article in the Christian Science Monitor about the adoption of jury trials in Japan. This, along with drastic legal education reforms, may radically change Japan in unforeseen ways. Very very interesting... :)
This has nothing to do with open source or jury trials, but... I just heard some really, really exciting news through the grapevine, and although I can't hug either of you I did jump up and down and send lots and lots of love across the distance to you and Yuki!
